Medical needling
What is it?
The micro-needling methods use a device such as electrical micro pens. The needles puncture the skin, creating delivery channels for actives straight to the dermis. The miniature “puncture wounds” also release growth factors that stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen. Hence the term CIT “collagen induced therapy”.
Mesotherapy is a medical technique whereby active substances are introduced into the skin surface by numerous micro-injections to correct aesthetic disorders such as skin ageing, cellulite, flaccidity and alopecia, among others. The physical reaction is caused by the mechanical stimulus (the effect of the needle), while there is also a pharmacological effect due to the micro doses of the substances introduced.

What to expect
Mesotherapy is a broad term used to describe the process of delivering active ingredients into the middle layer of the skin to induce lipolysis or tissues stimulation.
Traditional mesotherapy
Very short fine needles are used to inject the actives into the dermis and hypodermis. This method offers precision and maximum delivery of actives. This treatment is the ultimate medical facial. Medical Mesotherapy can only be performed by doctors and registered nurses.
